Passivhaus buildings are of meticulous attention to detail, rigorous design and construction according to the principles developed by the Passivhaus Institute. Passivhaus apply the fabric first principle. Highly insulated, airtight, cold bridge free structures that require minimal heating and improve general wellbeing. Probuild Passive homes help towards achieving the zero-carbon target as per the climate change act. There are only a handful of passivhaus certified homes in Hertfordshire.
