A Best Estate Agency Guide 2018  has been launched by the Property Academy in association with Rightmove. The awards were presented in the first ever Estate Agency Masters event at the InterContinental London – The O2, partnered with Rightmove to provide the biggest estate and lettings agency event to showcase and celebrate excellence in the industry.

The Property Academy has successfully compiled the first whole of the market study of UK estate & letting agents designed to highlight the best-performing agents and improve customer service standards. The study involves analysis of hundreds of thousands of data points, as well as a large scale mystery shopping exercise

By teaming up with the market-leading property portal Rightmove allowed far greater access to in-depth data analysis to help create a fully comprehensive Best Estate Agency Guide.

The offices listed in the Best Estate Agent Guide are scored against a unique set of criteria and performance was measured over a 12-month period, involving analysis of:

• 25,000+ offices assessed
• 1 million properties listed at any point in time
• 3 million transactions
• 50 million leads
• 3 billion property views
• 30,000 mystery shops

Mather Marshall is enormously proud that Three of their Four offices were recognised to be included in the Guide. The Stevenage and Hatfield office were noted to be Best or Excellent. Our Hitchin office truly outperformed most of our competitor’sand achieved an “Exceptional” status (among the top 5% of estate agencies in the country) and secured a fantastic 29th position out of 26,000 offices across the country.  It was commented that these particular agents showed an outstanding level of service and care towards clients.
